CONTINENTAL BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
NORCECA BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT& 8 countries in Central and North America joined in competition to go to the London Olympics. Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rico, El Salvador, Canada, Nicaragua and Guatemala.
Keep in mind that in Mexico sports is also entertainment.............It"s was more than I expected with exemplary sportsmanship on and off the court.
The Canadians men were the giants on the court, looking close to 7" tall (don"t they play basketball in Canada), they were also well coordinated physically.......tough competition.
The women were fierce competitors but marginally dominated by the Canadians.........a long, hot, humid weekend "Clash of the Titans".
